Link-Worldwide in Ciudad de México seeks a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure retention of a portfolio of clients. You will proactively engage with customers, minimizing churn and enhancing their experience with Zendesk.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in customer management, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency. Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory. The role involves some travel and collaboration across various teams.
