IT Business Analyst Intern (Mty, N.L.)

What will you do?

• Customer service: Analyze and resolve issues and requests for our Carrier Management System, BluJayParcel.
• Collaborate with regular users who utilize BluJay application for Sipping processes from Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centers; Incidents and Service Requests resolution for Level 3, as setting new users, configurations, printer issue, etc.
• Document processes and training sessions.
• Provide assistance with user support by addressing technical questions and resolving basic issues.
• Help maintain IT systems to ensure secure and reliable service delivery across the organization.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Currently studying Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent (IT related) , and graduating on July 2027 or later .
• Intermediate/Advanced English .
• Basic knowledge of internal user support, EDI message, customer service.
• Experienced in logistics processes and/or systems (IP Address, SAP, SQL Server).
• Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interested in learning about company’s logistics processes, self‑taught, proactive.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• IIS (Windows library) – desirable.
