If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Trade Analyst** located in **Guadalajara, North Site.**The **Trade Analyst** will be in charge of generating trainings, upholding policies, regulatory tracking and ensuring that industry best practices are implemented in conjunction with established Flex compliance procedures.**What a typical day looks like:*** Basic comprehension of import/export laws, regulations, policies and procedures.* Holds up for development and delivery of Trade Compliance policy framework, procedures and process.* Deliver specific training programs as required by manager.* Participate in projects which drive strategies and initiatives at the regional and site level to deliver Global Trade Cost Savings initiatives.* Conduct effective transactional review and audit of all imports/export records. Consolidate, researches and evaluates issues and provide recommendations of correction.* Partner and manage integration of new business or mergers and acquisitions.* Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners including operations, purchasing, logistics, material planning, transportation vendors, etc.* Assist with investigations and assessments, help track and deliver corrective actions to address findings and recommendations and ensure timely completion.* Administer audit/assessment results.* Make use of IT Solutions and communication platforms to holds up Trade Compliance programs.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.* Advanced English.* Demonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex’s functional standards.* Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.* Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.* ### Experience and knowledge in analyzing certificates of origin, specifically free trade agreement.* Office Skills: telephones, data entry, Finance related and office software to include, word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages.* Advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned Finance functions.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary* Life & Medical Insurance* Christmas Bonus* Food Coupons* Saving Fund.* Life InsuranceHS115## ## Job CategoryLegalRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
