At CEVA Logistics, we are committed to delivering exceptional logistics solutions across the globe. We are looking for a talented Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to support our North American operations from our Shared Service Center in Mexico City.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding who are ready to take ownership of international shipments and grow their careers within a world-class logistics organization.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Managing end-to-end Ocean and Air Import & Export shipments.

Coordinating with carriers, airlines, customers, vendors, and overseas agents.

Monitoring shipment milestones and resolving operational issues.

Ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Tracking KPI performance and service levels.

Supporting onboarding and training activities for new team members.

Driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of Freight Forwarding experience
• Ocean and/or Air Import & Export operational knowledge
• Conversational English proficiency
• Experience using CargoWise or similar logistics systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
