ERP & Technology Optimization Specialist

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable technology initiatives.
• Lead system optimization efforts, including automation, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Support data governance, access controls, and compliance standards across platforms.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system upgrades or new implementations.
• Develop documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources for end users.
• Monitor emerging technologies and propose innovation initiatives that support business scalability.
• Contribute to cross-functional technology projects and digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading enterprise systems initiatives within a corporate environment.
• Experience working with ERP platforms (experience in real estate/property management systems is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to manage system improvements, integrations, or process automation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility and business impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Project coordination or systems implementation experience is highly desirable.
