Technician I, Quality
CommScope Inc.
Análisis, medición de material o producto aplicando pruebas funcionales de apariencia, de resistencia y dimensionales con equipo de medición.
Aplica técnicas de registro y análisis orientadas al control estadístico del proceso.
Proveer soporte técnico en áreas de producción y de productos en etapa de desarrollo.
Elaboración de gráficos, reportes.
Análisis de Retornos de cliente.
Actividades de monitoreo de líneas o procesos.
Escolaridad & Competencias Requeridas:
- Nivel de preparatoria requerida o carrera técnica en sistemas computacionales
- Conocimiento avanzado en “Microsoft office” (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Tener un conocimiento práctico de los requisitos del sistema de calidad ISO90001/TL9000
- Manejo del sistema SAP Básico (deseable conocimiento en el módulo de calidad QM)
- Tener un nivel de Inglés básico a intermedio (para leer y hacer una correcta Interpretación de dibujos, criterios de calidad & especificaciones de producto).
- Conocimiento en el desarrollo de procedimientos de calidad & documentos de trabajo.
- Manejo de herramientas de calidad (SPC, 8 disciplinas, Pareto, etc.).
- Manejo en Instrumentos de medición básicos (vernier, cinta métrica, micrómetro, equipos de inspección óptica, etc., deseables),
- Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y productividad.
