Bilingual Tech Support Specialist (EN/FR)

L'EVATE Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Agent to support Canadian customers across technical platforms, email services, and marketing campaigns. This is not a basic call center role.
You will become a trusted technical advisor to clients while working in a structured, measurable, and growth-focused environment. If you are organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and confident speaking both English and French, we want to meet you.
