Senior AI & Tech Talent Partner — LATAM

Medallia, the pioneer in Experience Management, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, AI and Tech to scale our AI-driven platform across the Americas. You will partner with senior Engineering and Product leaders, understanding the business and products to recruit high-caliber talent in Mexico City and Buenos Aires.
The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for AI, ML, platform, and PM roles, leveraging AI-assisted workflows, iCIMS, and analytics to drive hiring velocity.
