Content Manager

As a Marketing Associate, you will...

• Own and grow heva's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, creating content that drives both engagement and measurable results.
• Plan, produce, publish, and optimize short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other social-first formats. You'll be hands-on with the creative, not just the calendar.
• Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, from setup and targeting to budget allocation, optimization, and reporting.
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions to understand what's driving leads and growth, and act on those insights quickly.
• Run ongoing A/B tests on messaging, creative, CTAs, and audiences, documenting what you learned and what you changed as a result.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar) so the team always knows what's working.
• Support SEM and SEO initiatives, including keyword research, landing page optimization, and content improvements.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Coordinate marketing events, activations, and initiatives involving patients, providers, or partners.
• Identify new content ideas, trends, channels, and experiments that can help heva reach more patients and providers.

You're the person we're looking for if you have...

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth, with a mix of creative and analytical work.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, with real budgets and results you can speak to (leads, CPL, revenue, etc.).
• Experience creating short-form video and social content yourself, from idea to final edit.
• Comfort working with data: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio.
• A testing mindset: you've run A/B tests and used the results to improve campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work in person from Mexico City.
