Regional Technical Product Management Leader - LATAM

Team Overview

The LATAM Technical Product Management team serves as the bridge between business strategy, technology architecture, and delivery execution across the region. The team ensures that global technology strategies are effectively translated into locally relevant solutions while representing regional business priorities, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and platform modernization initiatives.

This team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Technology, and Business Leadership teams across LATAM and acts as the primary regional liaison with global technology and product organizations.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• Translate regional business priorities, customer needs, and product objectives into technical strategies, platform roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes aligned with global objectives.
• Serve as the regional expert on product platforms, digital capabilities, system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, API ecosystems, and operational readiness.
• Own portfolio prioritization and capacity planning across regional product, platform, and technology initiatives, balancing customer value, business priorities, and technical complexity.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to drive platform evolution, roadmap execution, and product adoption across LATAM.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Platforms, Product Strategy, or Technology Leadership, providing the strategic and technical foundation required to lead regional product and platform initiatives.
• Proven experience managing Technical Product Managers, Product Owners, Platform Leaders, or cross-functional teams across multiple products, markets, or geographic regions.
• Deep understanding of platform modernization, product ecosystems, system integration, API (Application Programming Interface) architecture, customer-facing digital platforms, technology governance, and operational readiness.
• Demonstrated success leading product and platform transformation initiatives in ambiguous environments while influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational alignment.
• Expertise in platform modernization initiatives, product lifecycle evolution, technology transformation, and roadmap planning. Experience defining platform capabilities, prioritization frameworks, and product roadmap execution.

Required Technical Skills

• Exposure to large-scale digital product transformation, platform modernization, API ecosystems, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience working with global Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform organizations in matrixed environments.
• Experience owning or influencing product roadmaps, platform strategy, customer adoption, and business outcome delivery.
