About Live The Agency
ℓiⱴε is a Brazilian advertising agency with 20 years of history, specialized in connecting brands to what pulses through culture, a positioning we call Culture Driven. We serve high-impact national and international brands in their markets, including Stanley, Electrolux, Audible, TikTok, Mondelez, and Prime Video.
In Mexico, we are Audible's agency for campaigns and always-on content, and responsible for planning and executing TikTok's always-on strategy in the country.
We are now building our new business operation in Mexico and looking for the first professional dedicated to this front. This is a founding role: you will be responsible for establishing ’s commercial presence in the country from day one.
What You Will Do
- Actively map and prospect business opportunities for the agency in the Mexican market, building a new business pipeline.
- Present ℓiⱴε's credentials to potential clients, representing the agency with a strong command of the Culture Driven positioning and work portfolio.
- Lead briefing sessions with prospects, translating client needs into clear inputs and developing commercial proposals.
- Track and manage open, declined, and approved opportunities (pipeline), ensuring revenue visibility and predictability.
- Serve as an active interface with the Brazil-based New Business team — sharing benchmarks, learnings, co-developing strategies, and aligning on pricing.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope and revenue within existing clients in Mexico (upsell and cross-sell).
- Participate in relevant events, trade shows, and networking initiatives in the local market to increase the agency's awareness and relationship network.
- Report periodically to the Marketing & New Business Acquisition Director with KPIs on prospecting, conversion, and pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in client services or new business at an advertising, communications, or marketing agency, with a proven track record of winning or growing accounts.
- Advanced/fluent English (native or fluent Spanish is essential for working in Mexico).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — ability to forge genuine connections with decision-makers and marketing leaders.
- Strategic vision to identify areas of opportunity, market trends, and business openings.
- Familiarity with the brand and agency ecosystem in the Mexican market.
Nice to Have
- An established network of marketing professionals and decision-makers in Mexico.
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Knowledge of culture, entertainment, and trends — affinity with pop culture, social media, and consumer behavior.
- Experience or background in multicultural environments or international agencies.
