IT ASSISTANT
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Provide constant administration support.
▪ Analyze and implement systems and software.
▪ Resolve customer problems daily both accurately and in a timely manner.
▪ Technical support.
▪ Helpdesk to users.
▪ Back up data and control access to this.
▪ Keep the organization's data storage and communication up to date.
▪ Software and hardware support. (installation and maintenance)
▪ Maintenance of the computer equipment.
▪ Configuration of laptops for the personnel.
▪ Configuration of computer equipment requested by the clients.
Qualifications:
▪ Computer systems engineering or related bachelor's degree required.
▪ New graduate.
▪ Good communication skills in English.
▪ Ability to speak with clients.
▪ Initiative.
▪ Self-taught
▪ Problem-solving.
▪ Needs to have the ability to analyze and solve problems with IT's.
▪ Proactive.
▪ Willingness to understand the duties and competencies.
▪ Availability to work on Saturdays.
▪ Supervise the different works being carried out in terms of the infrastructure of the house.
