Material Group Leader: Lean Manufacturing & Team Coach

General Motors

General Motors in Mexico seeks a Material Group Leader to optimize personnel, materials, and equipment use. You will train and develop hourly teams, lead lean initiatives, and support launches and pilots while maintaining quality and cost targets.

You will promote safety, ensure adherence to local and national agreements, and work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve production goals in an onsite setting.
