Descripción
Principales responsabilidades:
- Responsable de la exactitud de los reportes mensuales.
- Preparar pólizas contables (asientos de diario) diarias, semanales y mensuales.
- Preparar y/o revisar conciliaciones y análisis de cuentas de balance general.
- Registrar, clasificar y resumir transacciones y eventos financieros de acuerdo con las NIIF (IFRS).
- Brindar apoyo para la preparación precisa y oportuna de informes financieros.
- Analizar información y alternativas mediante la elaboración de hojas de cálculo y la validación de información para reportes.
- Realizar análisis de resultados reales vs. presupuesto.
- Cumplir con los objetivos contables y organizacionales mediante la ejecución de proyectos relacionados según se requiera.
- Preparar conciliaciones entre compañías del grupo (intercompany).
- Procesar cuentas por pagar (A/P - Accounts Payable) correspondientes a transacciones intercompañía.
Perfil buscado
Requisitos indispensables:
- Licenciatura en Contaduría (título)
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en contabilidad y reporteo.
- Apertura a esquema 3x2 en Santa Fe (3 días en oficina - 2 en casa)
- Inglés avanzado - reporta al extranjero a nivel escrito y conversacional.
- Experiencia en contabilidad operativa
- Experiencia en reporteo y análisis.
- Manejo de ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Manejo de escel intermedio/avanzado.
