Job Purpose
Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and products through the implementation and monitoring of controls, problem analysis, and continuous improvement within the automotive operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor quality processes and controls.
- Analyze and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality and performance indicators.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Follow up on non‑conforming products and containment actions.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers for continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in quality within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), Automotive quality systems (IATF16949), Root cause analysis and problem‑solving, Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications, Quality KPI and reporting management, Quality audits and non‑conforming product management, Use of measuring instruments.
Other Requirements
- English Level: Conversational / Business.
