We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an AUXILIAR GENERAL_PISO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our stationery sales floor is well-maintained and organized, providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandise arrangement, ensuring stock levels are optimal, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Arranging and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
• Ensuring proper stock levels and product availability
• Maintaining a clean and tidy sales environment
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Implementing visual merchandising techniques to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Conducting regular inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies
• Assisting with stock taking and inventory management processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment, preferably in stationery sales
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Proficiency in using retail management software (training will be provided if needed)
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, as required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new retail trends and practices
