Senior Marketing Manager | SHEGLAM

SHEGLAM is a fast-growing global beauty brand known for making beauty more accessible, innovative, and trend-driven. As we continue expanding across Latin America, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing strategy and strengthen SHEGLAM’s presence across the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute SHEGLAM’s marketing and brand strategy across LATAM , aligned with regional business objectives.
• Lead the annual regional marketing plan, including integrated online and offline campaigns .
• Partner with Category and GTM teams to develop local product launches, campaigns, and communication strategies .
• Plan and execute offline beauty and retail activations , including exhibitions, in-store promotions, consumer events, and brand experiences.
• Work closely with Sales, Retail, Category, and HQ teams to ensure strong execution across LATAM markets.
• Manage marketing agencies, media partners, event agencies, and other external partners.
• Own and optimize the regional marketing budget , tracking campaign performance, ROI, and investment efficiency.
• Build and strengthen SHEGLAM’s brand image and regional marketing assets , ensuring global brand consistency while adapting to local consumer and market trends.
• Monitor beauty, consumer, and competitive trends across LATAM to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience , ideally within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands .
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies across Latin America .
• Strong background in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, retail activations, and consumer marketing .
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders .
• Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing investment.
• Fluent English is required (Chinese is a plus)
• Proactive, adaptable, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel moderately across LATAM.
