Transfer and Launch Engineer

Objetivo General:
Administración de los proyectos relacionados a la Introducción de Nuevos Productos y Cambios de Ingeniería, coordinando al equipo multidisciplinario de la planta para cumplir con el tiempo, recursos y presupuesto asignados a cada proyecto en particular.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrolle cronogramas completos, incluidos puntos de contacto entre departamentos, hitos y fechas de vencimiento.
- Coordine tareas, prioridades y entregables con las partes interesadas del equipo (internas y del cliente) a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Asegurar que los requerimiento legales y reglamentarios aplicables al producto sean comunicados y revisados por el equipo multidisciplinario para su control dentro de los procesos.
- Coordinar al equipo multidisciplinario para la introducción de nuevos proyectos.
- Revisión e implementación de requerimientos específicos de cliente aplicables.
- Revisión, distribución e implementación de especificaciones de ingeniería
- Proceso de diseño y desarrollo del producto y proceso, seguimiento a actividades relacionadas con la introducción del nuevo proyecto hasta su cierre.
- Control de cambios en producto y proceso, permanentes y temporales.
- Administración de especificaciones de ingeniería en etapas tempranas de la implementación del proyecto.
