Remote Staff Software Engineer, Product — Own the Impact

LawnStarter is seeking a Remote Staff+ Full-Time Engineer in the Mexico City area to join a product-focused engineering team. You will shape problems, decide technical approaches, and guide AI agents to implement major code paths, shipping to production with ownership over outcomes.
You’ll work with PM and designer peers, own features end-to-end, and be measured by business impact and quality. This role offers autonomy, strong collaboration, and meaningful growth in a fast-moving marketplace.
