Lean Production Lead - Automotive Tier 1 Operations

PSC Industries

PSC Industries in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a high‑volume automotive Tier 1 plant. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets while mentoring supervisors and manufacturing staff.

The role requires strong leadership, track record of improving shop-floor discipline, and capability to enforce standardized work and continuous improvement across functions such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics.
