Ai/ml Architect - Conversational and Agentic Ai (Miguel Hidalgo)

As an AI/ML Architect – Conversational and Agentic AI, you will be designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI‑driven conversational and agentic solutions using Azure, AWS, or custom services, cutting‑edge language models, and modern programming languages such as Python and Java. This role requires deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP), dialog management, agent orchestration, and cloud‑native AI deployments to create seamless, intelligent, and scalable conversational experiences and autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

The opportunity involves:

• Designing AI‑driven conversational and agentic solutions.
• Developing and implementing advanced AI solutions with Azure, AWS or custom services.
• Utilizing cutting‑edge language models and modern programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Managing natural language processing (NLP) components, dialog management, and agent orchestration.
• Deploying cloud‑native AI solutions for scalable conversational experiences and autonomous agents.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years specializing in Conversational AI and/or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries such as Transformers, spaCy, NLTK.
• Deep expertise in Azure and/or AWS AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Sagemaker, Azure CoPilot Studio, AWS Lex+Connect).
• Experience with OpenAI or Bedrock APIs and transformer‑based models, LLMs, and dialog management frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with vector databases (Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, Weaviate), SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with dialog management systems and frameworks, intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, voice interfaces and speech recognition technologies.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and Crew.ai; integration of tools and APIs; planning and reasoning in AI.
• Proficiency in MLOps & DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment workflows for conversational and agentic AI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
