• Senior Program Manager is the strategic lead responsible for the overall execution, governance, and optimization of the ISV Marketplace Project. This role oversees the entire 18-person team, orchestrates the transition of regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC), and holds accountability for slashing the Time to Onboard (TTO) from a 40–70 day baseline down to the targeted 12-day milestone via automated engineering.
• Experience: 12–15 years of experience managing global transformation programs, cloud operations, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, or large‑scale operational delivery engagements

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, global program management organizations (PMO) within cloud computing or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, process re‑engineering, and managing digital transformation initiatives (specifically migrating manual workflows to AI/automated pipelines).
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams (Architects, Data Analysts, Sales Specialists) distributed across multiple global regions (such as India and Mexico).
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent senior program management certifications are highly preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Program Governance & Phased Delivery: Lead the “phased, data‑driven approach” required to consolidate and optimize the marketplace operations ecosystem across all global regions.
• Transition Strategy Execution: Manage the exact timeline for assuming responsibility over pre‑onboarding, solution validation, and catalog management across global delivery hubs.
• AI Transformation Leadership: Oversee the successful design, deployment, and adoption of the Agentic AI Automation Solution, coordinating efforts between Architects, BI, and Google stakeholders.
• Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management: Align goals between Google’s internal product, engineering, sales leadership, and external vendor executives.
• KPI Accountability: Monitor and report on core productivity targets, ensuring the program achieves a 70% improvement in operational efficiency and an 80% acceleration in marketplace listing speed.
