Incident Management Analyst - Enterprise Business (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

The Transformation Organization (TO) is seeking an EBP Incident Management Analyst to monitor and respond to incidents impacting the new EBP planning tool.
Responsibilities
- Identify root causes of incidents.
- Analyze design and determine coding, programming, integration, and debug activities required based on overall architecture.
- Create solutions for issues with code and integrate them into data system architecture.
- Coordinate resources as needed to drive system recovery solutions.
- Drive incident resolution.
- Develop communications and timelines for resolution.
- Escalate issues that require additional attention or support.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounts, or equivalent.
- Typically 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong focus on customer experience.
- Proficiency with data engineering tools, languages, and frameworks to mine, cleanse, and explore data.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to represent complex algorithms in software.
- Comprehensive understanding of database technologies and management systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud‑based systems/services.
- Experience with database architecture testing methodology, including execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate product architectures and design proposals at management levels.
- Ability to work autonomously with little guidance while troubleshooting possible root causes.
- Robust relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
- Developed leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Desired
- Experience with Anaplan.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and/or SmartSheet.
- Knowledge of JIRA.
