We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech to join our team in Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).
- Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Proficient in Windows operating system.
- Solid client service skills.
- Skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
