Title: Invoice to Cash Senior Manager

Play a strategic role within Kellanova’s Global Business Services team as an Invoice to Cash Sr. Manager leading the Invoice to Cash (ITC) organization for the LATAM Region, playing a critical role in stabilizing operations while driving transformation. As a senior people leader, you will guide a multi-layered organization through change, ensuring business continuity and strong delivery across end-to-end ITC processes while shaping the future‑state organization.

You will lead a team with direct and indirect scope across Latin America, partnering closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role is located in Querétaro and offers high visibility, exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to influence cash flow, DSO, and working capital outcomes during a pivotal period of transformation.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead ITC Operations Through Change — Ensure stable delivery of billing, collections, cash application, credit, and deductions while leading integration and transformation initiatives across the KLA scope.
• Drive Cash Flow and DSO Performance — Partner with Sales and Finance to identify risks, resolve past‑due items, and deliver sustained improvements in cash flow and working capital.
• Influence Senior Stakeholders — Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Presidents, and functional leaders to align on priorities, manage complex conversations, and drive business decisions.
• Develop The Organization and Talent — Lead a strong people agenda focused on coaching, engagement, succession planning, and preparing the team for future organizational needs.
• Standardize and Improve Processes — Promote continuous improvement, automation, and strong internal controls across ITC processes within a shared services model.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading Invoice‑to‑Cash processes, including collections, deductions, cash application, credit, and billing in a complex environment.
• Proven experience leading teams through change, integration, and transformation within matrixed organizations.
• Strong business unit (BU) experience with the ability to connect day‑to‑day operations to financial and commercial impact.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with credibility across functions.
• Experience managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GAAP).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
