Senior Trade Compliance Lead — IMMEX & Customs
Xylem
Xylem seeks a skilled Trade Compliance lead at its Chihuahua site to own and strengthen the company’s foreign trade program. You will oversee IMMEX, PROSEC, and IVA-IEPS, coordinate with customs and regulatory bodies, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure compliant cross-border operations.
You will manage broker relationships, drive audits, and implement continuous improvements in trade processes while training staff across import, export, logistics, and purchasing functions.
