Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Strategic M&A & ESG Leadership | Mexico City (On-site/Hybrid)

The Opportunity: Are you a finance leader who can bridge the gap between Mexican corporate tradition and the rigors of Wall Street? Our client is seeking a Strategic Group CFO to lead our financial transformation, capital restructuring, and international investor relations.

As we navigate a period of significant growth and market consolidation, we need a CFO who doesn't just manage the books, but architecturally builds the capital structure that fuels our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Strategy & M&A: Lead end-to-end M&A activities, from target identification and due diligence to post-merger financial integration.
• Investor Relations & Wall Street Presence: Serve as the primary liaison for Private Equity boards and international institutional investors, translating Mexican operational success into global financial metrics.
• ESG & Sustainability Reporting: Build and oversee the framework for ESG reporting compliance, ensuring our operations meet the "Green Finance" standards required for international capital markets.
• Tax & Structural Optimization: Strategically navigate Mexican tax law and fiscal reforms while maintaining a transparent, world-class audit trail.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of experience, beginning with a Big 4 or Investment Banking foundation.
• Proven tenure as a CFO or VP of Finance within a major Mexican "Grupo" or a multinational corporation with local operations.
• Expertise in capital restructuring, debt refinancing, and navigating the BMV (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) or NYSE reporting requirements.
• Fluent English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.
