AVP, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs - LATAM Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs professional to oversee compliance operations in Mexico and its neighboring countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the financial sector, with at least 8 years of experience.

This role involves coordinating regulatory affairs and acting as the designated deputy compliance officer while ensuring adherence to local regulations. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of ethical integrity.
