We specialize in investing in early‑growth and growth‑stage companies across several industries, managing a diverse and strong portfolio through flexible investment strategies.

Role Objective

As a key member of our investment team in Mexico City, you will be integral to the fund's success. You will be responsible for generating private company acquisition opportunities, structuring and negotiating equity transactions, and managing investor relations. Your focus will be on long‑term capital preservation and the sustainable growth of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models, long‑term projections (10-20+ years), and company valuations (DCF, multiples, comparable transactions).
• Due Diligence: Lead and execute exhaustive due diligence processes (financial, legal, commercial, and operational) for investment opportunities across various industries.
• Portfolio Management: Perform continuous monitoring of portfolio performance, analyze "fat-tail" risks, and prepare detailed reports for the VP.
• Sourcing: Proactively identify new investment opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline by cultivating relationships with brokers and industry associations.
• Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of investment analysts to ensure analytical excellence.

Adecuado Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Business from a top‑tier university. An MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in investment banking, strategic consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (90%+ written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and professional presentation tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Competencies: Critical thinking, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously.
