The Impact You’ll Make

You will play a key role in protecting product quality by ensuring that materials and components from our suppliers meet Danfoss standards before they reach production. Your work helps prevent defects, reduce waste, and keep operations running smoothly.

By being close to the product and the data, you will help identify issues early and support faster, more effective resolution with suppliers and internal teams. This directly supports customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You’ll also grow your quality expertise in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced Supplier Quality Engineers while contributing to continuous improvement across the supply base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspect incoming materials and components using defined inspection plans to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and elevate non-conformities to support timely containment and corrective actions.
• Collect and report quality data to help monitor supplier performance and highlight trends or recurring issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to communicate inspection results and support problem‑solving activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical experience in quality inspection or control , gained through work experience or technical education in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools (such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges) with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of quality systems and standards , such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, at a working level.
• Clear communication skills in Spanish, with basic English ability to support documentation or supplier interaction.
