Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) (Reynosa)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‑exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define adecuado candidate profiles.
• Manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs.
• Leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate recruiter in a full‑cycle / full desk recruitment role.
• Conversational and written English required; bilingual preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong attention to detail.
• Proven interviewing skills, including behavioral interview techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to advise and guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Solid understanding of organizational structures and business needs.
