Sales Executive – Logistics & Business Development Mexico
Are you a motivated and hungry sales professional looking to grow within the logistics industry?
We are partnering with a U.S.-based transportation and logistics company currently expanding its commercial presence in Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and generating business opportunities from scratch within a growing international operation.
The position will report directly to the Agency Manager and will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy in the Mexican market.
Who are you?
- Motivated and proactive commercial profile
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and client outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hunter mentality with interest in generating new business
- Autonomous and capable of working independently
- English communication skills required
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a strong plus
What will you do?
- Prospect potential clients in Mexico
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach and cold calling
- Conduct client visits and follow-up activities
- Build relationships with manufacturing companies
- Support the commercial growth of the company in the Mexican market
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the Agency Manager regarding commercial opportunities and client needs
What are we looking for?
⚠️ Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Hunter mindset and willingness to prospect actively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented profile
- Ability to work in a growing and less structured environment
- English proficiency required
