We are looking for a Kanban Lead.### * ### Lead the implementation and management of Kanban systems to optimize workflow and material movement.* ### Facilitate Kaizen events to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate waste. Through KANBAN Methodology.* ### Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and ensure alignment with Lean principles.* ### Train and mentor team members on Kanban methodology and Lean practices.* ### Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvements and report on progress to management.### * ### Utilize Lean tools and methodologies to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.* ### Engage with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.* ### Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate staff on Kanban and Lean techniques.* ### Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Kanban systems and make necessary adjustments.* ### Provide regular updates and feedback to management about project statuses and team performance.### ### Required:* ### Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.* ### Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.* ### Strong understanding of Lean principles, particularly Kanban.* ### Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.* ### Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.### Preferred:* ### Experience in a leadership role within a Lean transformation initiative.* ### Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.* ### Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with manufacturing processes.* ### Comprehensive benefits package.* ### Opportunities for professional growth and development.* ### Supportive and inclusive work environment.* ### Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.* ### Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.### Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.###Your buildings have a purpose.
