Bilingual Ops Manager - Customer Experience & Cost

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro, with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial role. The candidate must demonstrate C1+ proficiency in English and native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
This role involves working shifts to support operational hours from Sunday through Saturday, 9am-11pm EST, while focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and managing client satisfaction.
