Estamos en búsqueda de un Talent Acquisition Lead para integrarse a una operación nacional, liderando equipos de reclutamiento masivo y contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los procesos de selección.

Ubicación: El Salto, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Modalidad: Presencial.

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs. | Sábados de 9:00 a 13:00 hrs.

Sueldo: $30,000 MXN libres mensuales + Prestaciones de Ley.

¿Qué buscamos?

3 a 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento masivo (cobertura de hasta 100 vacantes mensuales).
Mínimo 3 años liderando equipos de Talent Acquisition.
Experiencia liderando equipos de al menos 15 reclutadores , impulsando su productividad y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Experiencia en empresas de gran escala o clase mundial con operaciones nacionales o regionales.
Experiencia gestionando múltiples posiciones operativas y diferentes ubicaciones de manera simultánea.
Dominio de KPIs, análisis de datos y dashboards para la toma de decisiones.
Manejo de indicadores como productividad por reclutador, cobertura vs. meta, efectividad de fuentes, conversión de candidatos y show rate.
Experiencia desarrollando estrategias de atracción de talento mediante diversas fuentes de reclutamiento: LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, reclutamiento de campo, ferias de empleo, referidos, páginas de carrera, convenios con universidades, redes sociales y bolsas de trabajo gubernamentales.
Experiencia implementando herramientas tecnológicas, automatización, bots o soluciones de IA para optimizar los procesos de reclutamiento.
Enfoque en liderazgo, análisis de información, mejora continua y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Responsabilidades

Liderar un equipo de 15 reclutadores , asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de cobertura y productividad.
Diseñar e implementar estrategias de Atracción de Talento para posiciones operativas.
Analizar KPIs y dashboards para identificar oportunidades de mejora y generar planes de acción.
Dar seguimiento al desempeño del equipo y al cumplimiento de metas.
Impulsar proyectos de automatización y optimización de procesos.
Colaborar con líderes de negocio para garantizar una experiencia de contratación eficiente y de alto impacto.
