SUMMARY
Serve as an Account Manager for specific and general customer projects, including planning, development and management of quoting process.
Direct and coordinate activities and exercise control over the operation to cover specific functions or phases of the project.
Handle all incoming quotes with delegation to specific personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be familiar with MRP sytems.
• Ability to understand and perform technical research to produce accurate customer quotes for project scope
• Must have excellent experience with administrative matters, management of operations and employees.
• Maintain customer contact to ensure all requirements are being met.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting in the areas of project scope and other applicable areas of responsibilities.
• Participate in team effort to evaluate and recommend specific project strategies
• Manage item sales gross margin.
• Act as a liaison with the operation to confirm project start up ensuring dates are considered based on a Feasibility Analysis.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree (BA) from a four year college preferred, and/or five years related experience and/or training in the industry (packaging commodity is a plus)
Client relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must be well organized, self-starter and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (must)
• Must be able to multitask, proritize and adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Team Spirited
• Microsoft Office experience (Advanced) Excel and PP
