Job Description

We are looking for a Tax, Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with local, national, and international tax laws.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct tax audits and reviews to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to address complex tax issues.
• Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Prepare and present detailed tax reports and analyses to senior management.
• Ensure alignment of tax strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a Consulting setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, transfer pricing, and international tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
• English advanced
