The “Program Manager” will be based in Guadalajara North, reporting to Program Management Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of guiding a team of cross‑functional experts in the delivery of customer‑focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities, ensuring compliance with product development timelines, delivery, quality, and business metrics.
• Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Coordinate product life‑cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction, and manage various account complexities.
• Serve as the key communication channel for customers and act as an escalation point for customer issues.
