Payroll and Compensations SR Analyst

We are hiring for a leading global organization a SR Compensation & Payroll Analyst who will play a key role in supporting compensation programs, benefits administration, payroll validation, and workforce analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Support compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
• Analyze salary structures, compensation data, workforce costs, and market benchmarking information.
• Review and validate payroll calculations, employee movements, variable payments, deductions, and payroll reconciliations before final approval.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of processes.
• Support annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, promotions, and employee benefits administration (vouchers, saving fund, christmas bonus, performance bonus, etc)
• Support Union relationship management and negotiations
• Contribute to audits, reporting, controls, and continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Total Rewards, or related HR Operations functions.
• Experience supporting payroll validation, compensation analysis, salary reviews, and benefits administration. [
• MUST HAVE Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical-reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with HRIS and Payroll systems (Success Factors)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced English required to collaborate with regional and global teams, PORTUGUESE is a nice-to-have
