If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Medical Service Specialist** located in **Guadalajara, North**.**Responsible for providing administrative support at medical practices within the company and updating medical records.***What a typical day looks like:*** *Coordinate, respond to, and report medical emergencies and general illness cases within the site.** *Support and manage internal and external audits related to medical services and occupational health.** *Coordinate and attend visits from governmental and private institutions related to occupational health and medical compliance.** *Plan, monitor, and maintain compliance with applicable legal and regulatory occupational health requirements.** *Monitor, analyze, and report monthly medical and occupational health KPIs.** *Conduct, document, follow up, and close cafeteria health and hygiene audits.** *Manage, control, and ensure appropriate inventory levels of medical supplies and medications.** *Ensure compliance with and follow-up on the annual preventive maintenance program for emergency vehicles.** *Administer and supervise assigned medical services personnel.** *Execute and support corporate and site-level health promotion and prevention campaigns.** *Maintain and control documentation related to the Occupational Health Management System.** *Coordinate, execute, track, and close medical examinations, including pre-employment, POE, periodic, job change, presumptive, first aid, and other medical evaluations.** *Manage and follow up on activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Occupational Health System.** **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** *Medical Degree** *MBA in occupational health is preferable.** *Leadership experience: able to manage around 15 people on different shifts.** *Good communication skills** *Manufacturing industry** *Fluent English preferable.** *Flexible working hours availability.** *MS office advanced knowledge.***What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.IS81## ## Job CategoryHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
