Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls.
• Dispatch jobs to locksmith technicians.
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day.
• Update customers and partner companies on job progress.
• Ensure every job is completed successfully.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
• Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
