Occupational Health Lead — Wellness & Compliance

LEGO Group in Mexico is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to promote health and safety across the site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate medical examinations, and lead health programs that support employee wellbeing in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Specialist Diploma in industrial medicine or a Master’s in Occupational Health, with experience in managing industrial medical services and adherence to IMSS/SSA/STPS/SEMARNAT regulations.
