We are looking for an Invoice Processing Analyst to join our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in finance, administration, and business operations while working closely with stakeholders across the United States and other international markets.

The most important requirement for this position is advanced English proficiency, as English will be your primary working language. You will interact daily with international stakeholders through emails, calls, and virtual meetings, so strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support payment activities to ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Collaborate with multiple business teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in problem-solving activities and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and other business systems to support daily operations.
