The Regional Planner (International Business Service) will play a critical leadership role in driving service strategy, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across international regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute Long Range Planning (LRP) strategies to support future business growth and service excellence.
• Monitor and manage regional service performance through KPI dashboards, Vital Few tracking, and performance review mechanisms.
• Lead Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) action governance, ensuring timely implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Drive the development and launch of new service products through market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development.
• Oversee Strategic Improvement Team (SIT) and Cross Functional Team (CFT) projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead customer satisfaction and service excellence initiatives at the global level.
• Manage service budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization strategies.
• Partner with Network Development teams to support expansion of service outlets and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Technical Service, Finance, and Operations teams to deploy best practices and standardize service processes.
• Develop executive-level Management Information System (MIS) reporting and strategic insights to support business decision-making.
• Strengthen dealer and partner relationships while ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational consistency across international markets.

Perfil buscado

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Service Operations, After-Sales, Strategic Planning, Customer Experience, or Business Transformation roles.
• Proven track record managing regional or international service operations within complex, multi-market environments.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities.
• Experience working with dealer networks, service partners, and customer-focused business models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of business acumen with a results-driven and customer-centric mindset.
