Salesforce Full Stack Developer (MTS)

We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS). This role is ideal for developers who thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to learn new technologies, and can leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce and full stack development* Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)* Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)* Experience working with APIs and integrations* Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly* A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty.* Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in development workflows.* Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready.* Experience with MuleSoft and API-led development* Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices* Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude etc.) in development workflows* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II,Platform Administrator Certification, etc.)* Fast learners who can quickly adapt to new technologies* Developers who can effectively use AI tools to accelerate development* Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail* Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
