Analyst, Fp&A, Samcam (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Overview

The role is to act as a business partner, supporting commercial activities and decisions by providing analysis and advice to all levels of management within small to medium sized markets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue and cost forecasting and budgeting for several small/medium‑sized markets.
• Monthly tracking of presente expenses, accruals and update of country plans.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, including country and department heads, to ensure they have solid foundations for decision making.
• Prepare monthly business performance presentations and update key areas of financial and non‑financial impacts related to financial planning.
• Understand key sales metrics and support volume planning process.
• Responsible for Northern or Southern Cone of small markets, each covering 50% of the SAMCAM volume.

Team Dynamics

Will be part of a newly formed team focused on supporting commercial activities, using expertise and communication skills to assist the Management team in making informed strategic decisions, resulting in revenue growth and profitability.

None.

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong business partnering attitude and appetite to analyze commercial ideas, demonstrating good written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, modelling and analysis with experience in relevant systems.
• Good attention to detail, ability to navigate through financial tasks, embracing a roll‑up‑the‑sleeve can‑do approach with good work ethic and agility to adapt to evolving priorities.

Experience

2 years of experience is preferred in financial planning & reporting, modelling and analysis, within an international or multinational company with a US parent.

Education

Degree (or part‑qualified equivalent/professional qualification) in Finance, Economics or related field.
