Role Description The Commission-Based Partnership & Client Acquisition Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new clients who require discreet, high-touch home, pet, and space care services, with compensation primarily based on commission tied to successful client acquisition and partnership development. Day-to-day work includes researching potential client segments, building targeted outreach lists, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored service offerings to high-net-worth individuals, creatives, and frequent travelers. The role also involves developing strategic partnerships with real estate agents, property managers, luxury travel providers, and wellness or creative communities to generate qualified referrals. The Manager will maintain an organized pipeline, track leads and conversions, provide regular performance updates, and collaborate with leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and service packages. This position requires in-person networking and meetings in Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas, complemented by virtual outreach and relationship management across global markets.

Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing client agreements in a service-based or hospitality-focused environment.
- Partnership-building abilities with experience cultivating relationships with real estate, travel, wellness, luxury, or creative industry partners.
- Client relationship management skills, including needs assessment, consultative communication, and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey high-touch, discreet services clearly and confidently.
- Organizational and pipeline management skills, including use of CRM or tracking tools, follow-up discipline, and performance reporting.
- Cultural sensitivity and discretion when working with private clients, high-net-worth individuals, and international partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with comfort working on a commission-based structure.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Playa del Carmen, ROO, including in-person networking and remote outreach.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish is
