• Communicate effectively while working with all levels of the organization to champion change.
• Independently analyze a wide-variety of financial systems & processes.
• Actively participate on teams to provide financial expertise.
• Serve as liaison between global process owners & financial systems.
• Recommend, design & test creative solutions that challenge traditional processes.

Global Systems & Finance Technical Skills

• Global finance master data - accounts, dimensions
• LN/5c finance modules (GL/AR/AP/Cash/Fixed Assets)
• LN/5c logistics & integrations (projects, service, sales, purchasing, etc.)
• Inquiry, reporting & analytics
• Coupa, Cognos, XM/STARS, FieldBase, Oracle/Hyperion
• General accounting: reconciliations, journals, inter-company, controls

Background / Requirements

• Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in accounting.
• Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate very good communication skills and have a comprehensive knowledge of Caterpillar businesses, products, suppliers and customers.
• 4-6 years of accounting experience is recommended.
• Experience with LN including finance master data, transactions, & reporting highly desired.
• Must be willing to relocate to Tijuana, Mexico.
• Education: Carrera con título profesional.
• Inglés: Hablado Avanzado, Escrito Avanzado.
• Disponibilidad para viajar: No.
