You will play a key role in strengthening manufacturing quality by driving robust processes, supporting continuous improvement, and helping teams solve problems effectively. Your work will directly contribute to product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams, you will help create a culture where quality is built into every stage of the manufacturing process, from new product introduction through ongoing production.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and improve quality management processes and audits to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate the use of quality tools across manufacturing processes to strengthen process stability and product quality.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans and inspection points to ensure consistent production performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement quality requirements for new products and process changes before release.
• Lead and support root cause investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

What We're Looking For

• Experience applying core quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA, calibration systems, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Experience supporting quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaborating across teams and functions.
