We're Hiring! Financial Regulatory Counsel

Qualifications :

• Law Degree (required).
• Strong knowledge of banking, financial, and commercial law.
• 10-15 years of experience within financial institutions, regulatory agencies, or the banking sector.
• Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL certification is a plus).

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate adhesion contracts and legal agreements.
• Manage contracts and service agreements with vendors and third-party providers.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory and legislative changes affecting the institution.
• Analyze regulatory inquiries, legal reforms, and compliance requirements.
• Respond to requests from regulatory authorities, including CNBV, CONDUSEF, and Banxico.
• Advise business units on legal and regulatory matters and participate in committees and strategic meetings.
